ABOUT THE NARRATIVE: "You can never be fully prepared to travel to India."

I have always been a curious individual and decided to feed this by embarking on a solo trip to India. My main objective, to discover new places, immerse myself in a new culture and learn about how others live. Golden forts, countless tuk tuk rides, cows roaming the streets, overnight sleeper trains, Bollywood dance classes, Bishnoi village safaris, camel rides through the Thar desert, bedazzled sari's, endless amounts of gulab jamon (if you haven't yet tried this indian dessert - do yourself a favour) and one of the seven wonders of the world - the Taj Mahal.

India is a land filled with diversity and vibrant culture. It is a country of extremes, many religions, strong history and impressive architecture. I can safely say India was the most eye opening, mesmirising and life-changing experience of my life.
